Privacy
This page explains what happens to the details you give through Crowborough Windows & Doors. Last updated October 2026.
The details the form asks for
Only what you type into the survey form: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, postcode, the work you are interested in and anything you write about your house. If you phone, the call is answered by the installation company and handled under its own privacy notice.
Why, and on what basis
Your details are used for one purpose: so that a FENSA-registered installation company can contact you about a survey and quote for the work you asked about. The legal basis is your request for that contact, which counts as taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who receives them
The form sends your details by email to that installation company, through Cloudflare, which hosts this website and relays the message. Nobody else receives them. They are not sold, shared for marketing, or sent to more than one company.
How long they are kept
The installation company keeps enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and in line with its own record-keeping duties. This website itself does not store your form details.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the details held about you, have them corrected or deleted, or object to their use. Ask the installation company when it contacts you, or call 01892 571 818. The UK regulator for data protection, which takes complaints, is the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk.
